Hug Hefner, conigliette e party: questi sono i tre elementi che contraddistinguono la 'Playboy mansion', una delle dimore più ambite dal sesso maschile. I due dj chiamati ad animare le notti della casa più 'hot' degli stati uniti sono i transalpini Bob Sinclar e Dimitri from Paris. amici da tempo, i due beatmaker hanno creato una sinergia molto forte, tanto che Bob ha prodotto il primo album di Dimitri ("sacrebleu") mettendolo sotto contratto con la sua yellow records. "Quando pensi a Playboy la prima cosa che ti viene in mente, dopo le congliette, è la disco music, quindi per scegliere le tracce di questo progetto ho lavorato su un concetto molto seventies, infatti ho mixato Candi Staton, Grace Jones, Boney M. ed altri artisti del periodo. Glam e lustrini sono l'immagine che queste canzoni ti portano alla mente..." ha dichiarato Sinclar. Dimitri, invece, si è concemtrato su sonorità più contemporanee, come quelle di Sebastian Tellier, Jimi Tenor e Tensnake, ed ha proposito ha detto: "ho pensato ad una sorta di nu-disco, non nel senso stretto del termine, con sonorità moderne ma atemporali e tutte da ballare".
